I offer individual therapy for clients age 7+ as a powerful opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, confidential space. Together, we’ll dive into what’s happening in your life, uncover challenges, and build the skills you need to overcome obstacles and thrive. Think of me as your supportive partner on the path to clarity, growth, and a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Family Therapy
I work individually with children, adolescents and teenagers to help them grow and develop, but lasting progress happens when the whole family is involved. By actively supporting the skills we build in sessions, you can create a strong, supportive environment at home that reinforces your child’s growth and success.
Dakota
Animal-assisted therapy (AAT) offers unique benefits that enhance the therapeutic process, and Dakota, our Catahoula/Great Pyrenees mix, is a vital part of this approach. AAT involves incorporating a trained therapy animal into counseling sessions to provide comfort, reduce stress, and promote emotional well-being.
